At The Baddie’s Playground, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs and hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
No Returns / No Exchanges
• All purchases are final sale.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.
• This includes unused items, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind.
No Store Credit
• Store credit will not be issued for returned items.
• Please ensure all details are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.
Customized & Altered Units
• All customized, altered, or hair-included units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must include clear photos and/or video of the issue and the original packaging.
• Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
Shipping Responsibility
• The Baddie’s Playground is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
